Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MARKET PLACE account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
